If something is not working
Most problems have a quick fix: check that the input is turned on, that the match is running and not paused, and that the Score page is on screen for Double Tap, the crown and swipes.
Wrist gestures do not score
- Check Settings > Hands-free: Wrist gestures on, and a gesture set for the action.
- Hold your wrist still for a second before the gesture. A gesture straight out of a swing is ignored on purpose.
- Make it firm, and twice.
- Move Sensitivity towards Light.
Points appear that nobody scored
Move Sensitivity towards Firm, or set the gesture you trigger by accident to Off. Undo the extra point with the undo button.
Double Tap, the crown or a swipe does nothing
- These three work only while the Score page is on screen. Swipe back to it.
- Double Tap needs a watch that supports it, such as Series 9 or later and Ultra 2 or later.
- The match must be running: not paused, no serving question open.

Tennis Time does not have Health access. Check Settings > Health, then allow it in the Health app on iPhone. See Apple Health.
"No match with that code."
Check the six characters: the code never uses 0, O, 1 or I. The match must still be shared on the other watch, and both watches need an internet connection.
"Matches are not being saved"
The watch could not open its storage, so new matches live only until the app closes. Restart the watch. If the message stays, contact us.
